Fort Collins, CO – Completed August 2020
This 15,000 square foot renovation project converted a Neuro ICU floor into a 24-bed Progressive Care Unit and Cardiac Care Unit. The new floor accommodates patients who fall somewhere between traditional medical/surgical and ICU acuity levels, with rooms designed to “flex” between Cardiac and non-Cardiac patients as populations dictate. Maia Consulting provided planning, procurement, and installation services.
